Both KRWG TV & FM are operating on modified schedules due to a planned electrical outage that is a result of upgrades to the NMSU campus grid. Normal programming should resume late Tuesday evening if not sooner.
The great news is that we are on the air! Keeping TV & FM up and running during this time has been nothing short of a monumental feat. A special thanks to our engineering crew that worked until 2 am Monday morning to bring you the programming you enjoy. I am awed by the dedication of our engineering staff and would like to recognize their efforts.
Below is a picture of our “studio in a box” that engineer Mike Doiron assembled so he can broadcast directly from our FM transmitter site.
