For us science geeks, here is a three-hour block to revel in all things astronomy. As an Astronomy 110 student in 1969, I was captivated by Dr. Clyde Tombaugh's amazing photos and inspiring presentations. So last year I sat back and watched in glee as NOVA Science Now presented an hour-long program on Pluto, including interviews with and footage of Dr.Tombaugh's family. I especially enjoyed the reinactment of Dr. T's discovery of Pluto, with his part played by grandson Kyle. I hope clips from that program are included somewhere in this three-hour block. So which goes better with telescopes, pizza or popcorn?
