It's been an extremely busy autumn here at KRWG. We now broadcast 24/7 on KRWG-TV. It's a great opportunity for night owls and those of us who forget to record a favorite prime time program. Our prime schedule is repeated every day starting at 1:00 am. We also offer encores of the PBS NewsHour at midnight and 5:00 am.
At KRWG-FM, we're also expanding. You'll be hearing reports from across the Southwest. It's part of our effort with several other public media organizations called "Fronteras...The Changing America Desk." Monica Ortiz Uribe is reporting from our region...and you'll also hear a variety of other reporters in Texas, Arizona, and California. In January, you'll begin seeing links to Fronteras stories at www.krwg.org . The Fronteras team is developing a new website for the project, which was funded by the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.
